HI, I'M TOM!!
I am a highly accredited and experienced Strength and Conditioning coach (ASCC) better known for eating dirty foods over at Tom's Big Eats.
I have worked in health, strength and fitness for over 12 years - predominantly as a Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Southampton FC and with individual athletes and clients from a variety of sports and backgrounds.
I train and write programmes the way I want to function and live. I want the best of everything!! Be fast, be lean, perform well, still live life, add on some work for looks, train hard and learn discipline and consistency.
This v1.4 Home Workout plan is an athletic development plan. 4 weeks will get you stronger, leaner (with some commitment from your end) and fitter. It will challenge you to go to the red zone, to push your own boundaries.
